Landmark - Forest Adventure Park - Spend a whole day of fun, discovery and adventure for all ages. Take a ride on the wildwatercoaster - you may get wet! Skydive, see the views from the Treetop trail and climb the Forest Tower. Enter the magical world of the Bamboozeleum and see mystifying and dazzling exhibits. For the younger age group hve fun in the two floors of the Kids Zone. Take a ride on the Mini 4 x 4 jeeps and try one of the rope trails to suit from teeny tots to adults. The whole family will enjoy the Runaway Timber Train Rollercoatster as it twists and turns through the trees. A recently added attraction in 2016 is the Butterfly House - hundreds of beautiful coloured butterflies of all sizes, amazing displays of tropical flowers and plants, listen to the water cascading into the fish pool. Rothiemurchus and Aviemore Segway Treks. This is a must for an exciting off road experience on specially designed trails. After a quick 10 minute instruction you will be off among the hills and moors of the Cairngorms. Not suitable for children under 7 years of age. This is an experience you will never forget.
Alvie Estate. Set in 13,000 acres of spectcular l scenery on this Highland Estate you will be spoilt for choice deciding which activity to try. Alvie offers quad-bike treks, horse riding, archery, clay pigeon shooting, fishing, zipwire, gorge walking, deer feeding, estate tours and bushcraft. Something for all the family.
Loch Insh Outdoor Centre - Just 5 miles from Kingussie and with over 40 years experience Loch Insh is a place to get away from it all. A range of watersports are on offer including sail sports, paddle sports, raft building, fishing rowing and pedalos on the loch. Enjoy the 60m dry ski slope, tubing, or try your hand at archery, or just play in the park. See the loch close up with a a trip on board the wildlife cruise boat where you will be introduced to the wildlife of Loch Insh by their experts and you may be lucky enough to catch sight of the ospreys fishing.
